Poetry

Over the last 3 weeks we have been writing and compiling our own Poetry Anthologies.  We tried several different forms of poetry, then chose our favourite ones for our anthology.  We used lots of language features in our poems, including alliteration, similes and metaphors. We learnt to find just the right synonyms to replace the 'plain' words, so our writing sounded more exciting and had more impact.  We are very proud of our anthologies.
